Arlington Heights police responded to a report of theft of services from the IHOP, 31 east Golf Road. A man at breakfast and left without paying.
The offender was described as a male/white in his 20’s with dark hair and thin build, wearing a dark-colored jacket, carrying a backpack with Bud Light boxes sticking out of his jeans. No word on police contact with the subject.
