Rolling Meadows police alerted Arlington Heights police to be on the lookout for a retail theft offender that fled from Walmart about 5:15 p.m. Friday. The offender was last seen running from the store, and was described as a male/black 24-26 years-old 5’8″ 5-9″ light skinned, wearing a mulitcolored shirt, dark pants and white gym shoes.
