Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:35 p.m. Sunday of a theft of a bicycle from the parking garage, 22 South Vail Avenue. A “Mellow Yellow women’s 2007 Trek mountain bike was reported stolen sometime between noon Friday May 20, 2011 and 1:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2011. The locked cable had been looped over the seat in a manner that was not secure.
