Shooting of 14 year-old Boy with Witness Reporting Offender Shot from Divvy Bike, Wacker Dr and Wabash St, Chicago

Chicago police responded about 6:00 PM Friday June 29, 2018 to a shooting at Wacker Drive and Wabash Street Chicago, IL. Police received a report that a 14-year-old boy was shot and wounded, and that the boy was conscious and talking. The boy was shot in the right leg and transported to Lurie Children’s Hospital.

The offender may have shot from and/or fled on a bike-shared Divvy bike.
