Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:15 a.m. Thursday of criminal damage to vehicle in the 300 block of West Waverly court near Waverly Court and Chestnut Avenue. Police received a report that a rear window of a minivan was smashed overnight.
The surrounding neighborhoods have experienced a high number of vehicle burglaries in the last two weeks.
