Arlington Heights police responded about 3:45 AM Saturday to a report of a vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks near Arlington Heights Road and Northwest Highway. Apparently the driver of a Hyndai Alantra turned too early and the front wheels of the vehicle went off into the rails. Both front tires were also flattened from the incident.

Police checked the train schedule and warned the Metra/Union Pacific of the car on the track. The car was towed without incident.

No DUI reported.
