Lindsay Lohan is under investigation for an alleged misdemeanor battery against a female staffer at a rehab facility where the actress is receiving treatment, authorities say.
A Betty Ford Clinic employee, who apparently reprimanded Lohan after she and a group of roommates went out to a bar, was involved in some type of battery with Lindsay Lohan. The Betty Ford employee ‘desired persecution’ but Lohan claims the staff member made physical contact first.
Lohan plans to file a formal complaint against the Betty Ford staffer and wants the facility to take action against her.
