A woman in Ohio jumped into action Saturday night just before 11:00 p.m. to help an officer in traffic stop that originated because of a burnt out headlight. The officer was involved in a serious struggle during a traffic stop when the woman arrived and helped out — striking the offender on the head, neck and shoulders.

When Dayton, Ohio police officer Jonathan Seiter was involved in a struggle with an uncooperative suspect December 11 2010, a female passer-by came to his aid. A dashcam video shows a female begin to hit offender Otto Coleman, 64, as he was resisting arrest during a traffic stop and physically fighting with police officer Jonathan Seiter. Coleman was taken into custody, after a second officer arrived.

The video also shows the offender attempting to grab the police officer’s gun and Taser.
