Investigation for Man ‘Covered in Blood’ Highland and Campbell, Possibly Fall While Intoxicated

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded to report of an injured man, who was found on Level 1 on the west side of the village parking garage near Highland Avenue between Campbell Street and Sigwalt Street.

Arlington Heights police responded about 11:30 PM Saturday to a report of a highly intoxicated male ‘covered in blood’ at the intersection of Campbell Street and Highland Avenue. Police found the victim in the parking garage at the first level on Highland Avenue.

Police are ruling out a battery, although the victim may have fallen and injured himself without any other criminal circumstances. Arlington Heights police are investigating. One victim was transported to the hospital.
