Peter J. Borysiewicz was charged in Rolling Meadows branch court today with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Undercover police went to his heating and air conditioning business in the 700 block of west Algonquin Road on October 10, 2010 and learned he allegedly had cocaine to sell. Police found at least 50 grams of cocaine along with packaging materials, according to prosecutors.

Arlington Heights police charged Borysiewicz, of the 2100 block of West Haven Street, Mount Prospect, with possession with intent to deliver — a class X felony. A Cook County Circuit Court Judge set bond at $50,000.
