Arlington Heights police responded quickly about 2:10 a.m. Saturday to theft of services of a taxi cab driver in the 2100 block of South Goebbert Road. A male/white, wearing all black and owing a $60 cab fare, skipped out on the cab driver and fled without paying. Police were on the scene and had one in custody in less than 15 minutes. Police transported the suspect in custody to Arlington Heights Police Headquarters.
