Arlingotn Heighst police responded about 2:35 a.m. Thursday to the area of Goebbert Road and Algonquin and caught up with a vehicle that apparently taken without permission from a resident in the 2300 block of South Goebbert Road. A female was sleeping and woke up to find her car and her boyfriend gone. Police caught up with the woman’s black Toyota Solara in the 400 block of East Algonquin and arrest the male driver. The male was transported in custody to Arlington Heights Police Headquarters.
