Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:25 p.m. Thursday of a hit-and-run at Rand Road and Thomas. The offending vehicle was described as swerving and possibly with a DUI driver. No vehicle description available. The vehicle was last seen eastbound on Palatine Road from Rand Road. The victim’s car was a green Honda Civic. No injuries reported.
