Shoplifter Detained, Arrested for Stealing Alcohol at Mariano’s Fresh Market

Police help a woman wearing a red hoodie into a squad car at Mariano’s Fresh Market after store loss control personnel detained an alleged female shoplifter.

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:10 p.m. Monday that Mariano’s Fresh Market, 802 East Northwest Highway, had a female in custody for allegedly stealing alcohol. Police later transported a woman wearing a red hoodie and handcuffs to Arlington Heights police headquarters.
