Des Plaines police alerted area police departments about 4:40 p.m. Thursday that an F-350 pickup truck was sighted just west of Rand Road and Golf Road in a parking lot off of Rand Road in Des Plaines Thursday afternoon.
The truck and driver were reported suspicious parked at the location, but left the area before police arrived.
The truck is described as a white F-350 pickup truck with the words “Applied Ecological Services” on the sides of the truck. The truck also might have a 300-gallon water tank in the bed of the pickup truck.
The truck has Wisconsin license plates 21 0234F.
The pickup truck was stolen with a trailer, but was towing a trailer when it was seen Thursday afternoon.
