Arlington Heights police received a report of suspicious activity at the Jewel, 122 North Vail Avenue. Three subjects occupied a silver Saturn and entered the Jewel one-at-a-time for about 30 minutes — each time exiting with a bag. The subjects were described as a female/white and two male/blacks.
The subjects then drove to the Jewel at 1860 South Arlington Heights Road and started similar activity according a citizen that followed the subjects. Arlington Heights police ended up arresting the female and transported her in custody to Arlington Heights police headquarters. Details of the arrest unknown.
