Palatine police responded about 1:05 p.m. Monday to a fight involving about 50 youths near the McDonald’s Rand Road in Palatine. The fight also spilled over to other locations along Rand Road including a taco restaurant and near 5/3 Bank. The fight may have also involved a stick. The fight calmed down by the time police arrived.
