Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:50 a.m. Wednesday of a black Infinity and a gray Infinity, both being driven recklessly eastbound on Lake Cook Road. Both cars were both speeding and weaving and cutting off drivers on Lake Cook Road in heavy traffic, and were last seen east and ahead of traffic in the eastbound lanes, east of Bloomington Avenue.
Throughout the year, the stretch of Lake Cook Road between Route 53 and Arlington Heights Road experiences several rollovers and vehicles leaving the roadway in crashes.
