Arlington Heights police received a repeat report just before 7:00 a.m. Wednesday of a person — possibly a homeless person — sleeping or housing himself near a gate of Track 3 near the Metra train station at Arlington Park. Union Pacific security personnel report a possible hazard as a bags and a shopping cart are placed near the train tracks. A similar report was received yesterday morning.
