Arlington Heights police received a report about 7:20 p.m. Thursday of retail theft of a half gallon of vodka from a store and took off running in the 900 block of West Rand Road. The offenders were described as two male/blacks — one wearing a skull cap, and one wearing a dark hoodie and jeans, and a baseball cap.
