Trees and power lines down from a quick, but severe thunderstorm with
high winds and lightning.
Large branches and/or power lines down reported at Euclid and Dunton,
Euclid and Walnut, Frederick and Dunton, Hawthorne and Belmont, Olive
and Arlington Heights Road, Thomas Middle School, 1900 block of North
Yale and the 200 block of North Yale. Arlington Heights Road was blocked
by a downed power line near Oakton and Arlington Heights Road.
Several stoplights out on the north side of town.
A tree was also reported down on a car on North Verde.
Flash Flooding reported At Euclid and Wheeling in Mount Prospect.
