Arlington Heights police and firefighters/paramedics responded about 4:55 p.m. Tuesday to a head-on collision on Buffalo Grove, just north of Hintz Road. The crash occurred between a Chrysler New Yorker and a black Toyota Camry. At least one person was injured. Roads conditions were snowy at the time of the crash. There is also an S-curve near the crash scene.
A second crash occurred about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on eastbound Hintz Road, just west of Windsor.
