Bill is an attorney in private practice with offices in the suburbs and Chicago. In his practice, Bill represents physician practice organizations and other healthcare providers, professional membership and trade associations, and other not-for-profit and tax exempt organizations in corporate, transactional and regulatory matters. In addition, Bill also provides counsel to small, middle-market, early stage and start-up companies in a variety of industries on matters ranging from formation and general corporate matters to financings.
