Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:20 p.m. Monday Night that a man in his forties unzipped his pants, exposed his purple underwear and fondled his genitals in front of two young females inside the Burlington Coat Factory store, 30 W. Rand Rd in Arlington Heights.
The offender is described as a male/white, possibly Indian and about 40-45yrs old. The suspect is also described as heavy set with dark hair and a bald spot.
The suspect’s vehicle is possibly a silver sedan — possibly a Toyota with Wisconsin license plates.
