United States Postal Inspectors announced that the man in the sketch below was seen in the lobby of the Rolling Meadows post office between 11:30 a.m. and noon on Jan. 26, the day that a pair of explosive devices were mailed to investment firms in Kansas City and Denver. The Denver package was rerouted to a Chicago office and discovered there. United States Postal Inspectors report that the mailings can be linked to a serial offender who calls himself “The Bishop” who has sent threats to companies since 2005.
