Arlington Heights police received a report of a battery after a man approached another man about bad driving in the 0-100 block of North Yale Avenue about 7 p.m. Another man came out of a house in the neighborhood and grabbed the man who was complaining about the bad driving. The man who came out of the house allegedly grabbed the man’s neck and threw him to the ground. Unknown if any arrests occurred.
