A report of ‘shots fired’ late Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of Randall Lane and Bonhill Drive [MAP/SAT] in unincorporated Arlington Heights at the Whispering Winds Apartment Complex. No injuries were reported, but a 9 mm handgun was displayed and fired at a victim according to witnesses. Witnesses also reported that two male blacks wearing Oakland A’s caps fled the area in a green van. No direction of travel was known.
