A little Beatlemania starring Paul McCartney on Abbey Road — the eleventh studio album by English rock band the Beatles. Abbey Road was released on September 26, 1969 by Apple Records. The recording sessions for the Abbey Road album were the last in which all four Beatles participated.
The front cover design, a photograph of the Beatles group walking single file from left to right on a zebra crossing, was based on ideas sketched by McCartney. John Lennon is leading, followed by Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison.
