Arlington Heights police responded about 3:39 PM Saturday June 23, 2018 to a report of disorderly conduct at the Dollar Store, 77 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender had his hands down his pants and appeared to be masturbating inside the store. The offender is described as a white male with dark skin, brown hair, and average height. His face had numerous scars, and was last seen wearing a multicolored shirt and jeans.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 3:38 PM.
