$6,000 in Fraudulent Purchases After Reported Wallet Theft at Dollar Tree on Rand Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:46 PM Friday June 15, 2018 of a theft at 77 West Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders stole the victim’s wallet at Dollar Tree, and then made approximately $6,000.00 in fraudulent purchases with the victim’s credit cards.

Police did not disclose where the fraudulent purchases occurred.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Friday, June 15, 2018 between 12:00 PM and 12:45 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 0:45 (hours: minutes).
