Illinois State Police and Hoffman Estates and Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:49 PM Sunday February 18, 2018 to a report of a crash with injuries and extrication 42.066828, -88.107845 (Westbound Interstate 90 and MM 64 Schaumburg, Il). Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that one person was trapped Firefighters reported extrication of one patient, and that least three patients were transported.
A crew on arrival reported two vehicles with heavy damage.
The extrication of one patient was complete by 5:07 p.m. and Schaumburg Ambulance 54’s was transporting the patient that was extricated.
Hoffman Estates Ambulance 24’s transported three patients and managed one medical refusal.
