Elmhurst police responded about 12:47 AM Tuesday November 28, 2017 to a report of an armed robbery at York Road and Grand Avenue Elmhurst, IL. Police received a report that a man was an offender in an armed robber, however the type of robber was not immediately available.
It is initially unknown if a person was robbed on the street, or a gas station or business was robbed.
The offender was described as a male/white, age 38, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt.
The offender left in a blue Toyota SUV.
The crime is reported to have occurred at 12:47 a.m.
