Crystal Lake police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 3:45 PM Tuesday October 3, 2017 to a hit-and-run pedestrian incident with personal injury at Crystal Lake Avenue and McHenry Avenue Crystal Lake, IL. Police received a report that a motorist left the scene of a personal injury incident involving two pedestrians
The offending vehicle was described as a gray SUV with damage to the right headlight area and passenger side mirror.
There is also possible gray paint transfer.
The vehicle was last seen eastbound on Crystal Lake Avenue.
The driver was described as an elderly female/white motorist.
