Aggravated Vehicular Hijacking with Shot Fired on 126th St, Calumet Park

Calumet Park police responded about 4:15 AM Monday to an aggravated vehicular hijacking near 1740 West 126th Street Calumet Park, IL. Offenders took a tan 2004 Buick LeSabre with a sticker in the back window.

Offenders were described as three male blacks wearing all dark clothing and black hoodies.

One offender brandished a black semi-automatic weapon. One round was fired into the air in the direction of the victim.

The offenders followed the victim in a dark SUV.

The last direction of travel of the offenders and the stolen vehicle was northbound, apparently Wood Street or Page Street.

The crime is reported to have occurred about 4:10 a.m.
