Illinois State Police responded about 9:45 AM Monday to a report of aggravated discharge of a firearm on Eastbound I-290 at Kostner Avenue Chicago, IL. Police received a report that a driver pointed a gun at another driver and fired shots at the other motorist.
The offender’s vehicle was described as a gray vehicle with tinted windows.
The offender was described as male/black in his twenties.
Shots were fired from the offenders vehicle. It is unknown if anyone was shot at the time of this report.
The crime is estimated to have occurred about 9:45 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2016.
The eastbound Eisenhower Expressway was backed up just past the Circuit Court of Cook County building in Maywood near 1st Avenue.
