Arlington Heights Police Seek Help Identifying Target Store Retail Theft Suspect, Arlington Heights

Target retail theft suspect

Arlington Heights police received a report Tuesday October 4, 2016 of retail theft at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender took five boxes of Absolute Football NFL 2016 trading cards from the Target store.

Police report the offender has allegedly committed several similar offenses at this and other local Target stores. He was last observed leaving the area in a gray Nissan Maxima, unknown registration. There
is no picture of the vehicle available.

The crime is reported to have occurred October 4, 2016.

A still image is posted below. We’re fairly certain the man has eyeballs. Apparently the video still introduced some unknown artifact.
