Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:11 AM Sunday of a bike theft attempt near Heritage Park, 600 South Victoria Lane Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender attempted to remove the victim’s bicycle from the property.
The offender is described as an Asian or Hispanic male, 15-years-old, 5’08″ with a thin build and a mop of black hair. The suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie and jeans.
The attempted crime is reported to have occurred on Sunday, September 25, 2016 between 11:00 AM and 11:10 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 00:10 (hours: minutes).
