VIDEO: Small car upside down in parking lot at Jewel-Osco.
Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:04 AM Wednesday to a report of a rollover crash off of Golf Road in the south parking lot of Jewel-Osco, 1860 South Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that one car was flipped over in the Jewel-Osco parking lot. Rescuers received a report that a female driver got out of the car on her own. Ambulance 3’s crew on arrival reported a car upside down in the parking lot.
Crews held up the extrication response by about 9:07 a.m. when it was confirmed that no people were trapped in the car.
A small sedan was apparently westbound on Golf Road when it left the roadway and cartwheeled and rolled over into south parking lot at Jewel-Osco.
The female driver was not transported to the hospital. It was not known whether the rolled over sedan contacted any other vehicles during the crash.
