Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:40 PM Monday to a report of crash with injuries at Buffalo Grove Road and McHenry Road Buffalo Grove, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a crash with entrapment, but arrived and discovered that two patients had gotten out of the vehicle on their own.
Two patients were transported to local hospital(s).
