Naperville police responded about 8:22 PM Friday to an armed robbery at Inland Circle and Fairway Drive Naperville, IL. Police received a report that a victim was robbed near the intersection. The intersection is located in a residential neighborhood surrounded by apartment buildings and/or condominium buildings. The intersection is also just northwest of the intersection of North Aurora Road and Route 59.
The offender displayed a black semi-automatic handgun.
Police did not release information about what was taken from the victim.
Naperville police did not provide an alert about this crime on their official Twitter account as of 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
The crime is reported to have occurred about 8:22 p.m.
