Palatine police received a report about 8:01 AM Thursday of a vehicle burglary in the block of 1900 North Hicks Road Palatine, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders made entry to the victim’s 2009 Volkswagen.
Reported taken was a cell phone charger cord and an empty box (total value $30.25). There were no signs of forced entry discovered.
Palatine police did not specify whether this crime occurred at a residential driveway or apartment lot or at the Midtown Athletic Club lot.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 2:30 PM and Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 8:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 17:30 (hours: minutes).
