Power Outage Near Beverly Ave and Oakton St, Arlington Heights — 800 ComEd Customer without Power

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 1:34 PM Sunday to a tree branch on a power line with a power outage in the block of 700 North Beverly Lane Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a tree branch was on a power line that was causing arcing.

Arcing also was reported on a nearby transformer.

ComEd reported almost 800 customers without power. Estimated restoration of power was reported to be 3:30 p.m.
