Domestic Battery-Related Violation of Order of Protection on Belmont Ave South of Miner St; Arlington Heights — Suspect in Custody

Arlington Heights police responded about 1:20 AM Saturday to a violation of order of protection incident in the block of 0-99 North Belmont Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a man (name withheld in this post) was involved in a domestic battery-related violation of order of protection, and apparently showed up at the protected address.

The subject was described as a male/white, age 29, 6’0″ 175 LBS with brown hair, green eyes. The suspect was driving a gray 2012 Ford Focus, and was in custody by 2:12 a.m. Saturday.

The crime is reported to have occurred about 1:20 p.m.
