Animal expert Jeff Corwin says going to a national park to bait and lure an animal out of its habitat to kill is against the protocols of ethical hunters.

A Minnesota dentist Walter J. Palmer has been identified as the hunter who killed Cecil the lion, a beloved and popular attraction in Zimbabwe’s Hwange National Park.
