Prospect Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 8:06 AM Tuesday to a report of crash with injuries involving a semi-trailer truck and a car at eastbound Palatine Road and Milwaukee Avenue Prospect Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics reported the crash was near the merge from Milwaukee Avenue to Eastbound Palatine Road east of Milwaukee Avenue.
No extrication operations at the scene. Wheeling firefighter/paramedics were also on the scene.
