Bicyclist Hit By Car Northwest Highway Near Salem Avenue, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 11:43 AM Saturday to a report of a car-bicycle crash near Northwest Highway and Salem Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that bicyclist was hit by a car along Northwest Highway between Salem Avenue and Kaspar Avenue.

The bicyclist, age 12, was conscious and breathing, Apparently minor injuries.

A bicyclist was hit by a vehicle on Saturday May 10, 2014 near Northwest Highway and Ridge Avenue about one block east of Salem Avenue. That bicyclist was seriously injured and transported to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
