Offender Smashes Dental Office Window on Northwest Highway Near Pine Ave, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:23 AM Tuesday of criminal damage to property in the block of 300 East Northwest Highway Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that a front window and a business sign were damaged overnight Monday to Tuesday at Favia Dental. Video surveillance is associated with an offender visible in the area about 1:10 a.m. on Tuesday, June 17, 2014.

Police report that the subject approached a dentist office at approximately 1:10 a.m. and threw a brick at the business sign for a dental office and through the front window.

The damage estimate is $1,000.

The offender is described as having a light build, and short hair on the top and sides of his head, and a large bushy pony tail. He was wearing a sleeveless shirt and has a large unknown tattoo on his left biceps/shoulder area.

The crime is reported to have occurred on June 17, 2014 at 1:10 a.m. Arlington Heights police released information about this incident on June 17, 2014 at 1:50 p.m.
