Man Jumps Out of Car and Damages Hood of Car of Another Motorist on Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 7:50 AM Monday to criminal damage to vehicle at 1100 East Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that an unknown offender exited his vehicle and pounded on the hood of the victim’s 2011 blue 4-door Chevy Cruze. The offender is described as a white male, 50-60 years old, white short hair, wearing glasses and a post office uniform.

Arlington Heights police did not release any information about possible road road or other circumstances that occurred before the criminal damage occurred. Police also did not release any description of the offender’s vehicle.

The cost to repair the damage is unknown.
