Road Rage, Pedestrian Hit, a Crash, and Offenders Long Gone at Buffalo Grove Rd and Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove

Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 4:33 PM Thursday to a road rage incident involving a crash and a pedestrian hit by a car at Buffalo Grove Road and Lake Cook Road Buffalo Grove, IL. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a maroon vehicle ran over a male subject and then a fight resulted with two people getting out of the vehicles with baseball bats.

A second vehicle involved was described only as a silver vehicle. The early report indicated that the silver vehicle hit the pedestrian. Both vehicles left the scene. The silver vehicle was reported to have had five occupants in the vehicle.

The pedestrian that was hit was bounced on the hood. The pedestrian got himself off the hood then also left the scene and ran away.

There was a crash at 70 South Buffalo Grove Road related to the road rage incident, but the offenders were not near that scene either.
