Palatine police received a report about 8:01 AM Sunday of a vehicle burglary in the block of 1300 East Michele Drive Palatine, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders entered an unlocked 2013 Toyota SUV while it was parked in a residential driveway. A black knapsack containing miscellaneous clothing and keys was removed from the back seat. The value of the items taken is unknown.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 10:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 16, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.
